LPDDR5 CAMM2 Connector Delivers Modular High-Speed Memory Integration for Edge AI and High-Performance Computing

ATTEND, a leading provider of advanced connectivity solutions, introduces its LPDDR5 CAMM2 Connector, designed to support next-generation high-speed, low-power memory architectures for AI PCs, embedded systems, and high-performance computing platforms. Compliant with the JEDEC SO-032 specification, the connector adopts a low-profile 666-pin design to enable modular LPDDR5 memory integration while maintaining excellent signal integrity.

Designed for high-bandwidth computing environments, the connector supports data transfer rates of up to 9600 MT/s and operates at 1.05 V to meet increasing demands for performance and energy efficiency. To support system-level mechanical integration, compatible mating accessories are also available, including a dedicated top cover and back plate designed to improve module retention stability and overall mechanical robustness.
